    1. 91% of requests were responded to within 20 working days or within the allowed time frame in 2021, and 93% were compliant in 2022.

    3. According to our records, there were 2 appeals to the ICO in 2021 and 4 appeals in 2022.

When Justices of the Supreme Court are sworn in, they take two oaths: the Oath of Allegiance and the Judicial Oath. They are as follows:

Oath of Allegiance:
"I, [name], do solemnly sincerely and truly declare and affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles the Third, his heirs and successors, according to law."

Judicial oath:
"I, [name], do solemnly sincerely and truly declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve our Sovereign Lord King Charles the Third in the office of Justice of the Supreme Court, and I will do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of this realm, without fear or favour, affection or ill will."
