The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom will be sitting in Courtroom 47 of the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, between Monday 6 and Thursday 9 March 2023.
The Supreme Court will hear the following cases:

Access for members of the public
Members of the public are very welcome to attend the court hearings. Anyone wishing to attend the Court's hearing are advised that there may be a large number of visitors each day.
Seating in the courtroom will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Visitors wishing to observe Supreme Court proceedings in Courtroom 47 may arrive from 9.30am. Hearings will commence at 10.30am.
Members of the public wishing to attend who have with access needs are welcome to discuss these with Maura Kalthoff, Events and Communications Manager. You can find more information about accessibility at the bottom of this page.
Anyone who is unable to attend in person can watch the hearings live via the Supreme Court website. The entire proceedings will be streamed live via the Supreme Court website in the usual way.
UK Supreme Court judgments do not follow immediately after the hearing.
Please note that, in line with the Court's usual practice, items of clothing or other materials bearing messages that undermine the dignity of the court or which seek to interfere with the proper administration of justice will not be permitted into the building.
Media
There will be a separate space for members of the media to attend. In this room, the hearing will be viewable live via a screen and workstations will be set up with power and WiFi available.

Finding us
The Manchester Civil Justice Centre is located on A34 Bridge Street West which is off A56 Deansgate, one of the main thoroughfares of Manchester city centre. It can be reached easily by public or private transport.
Parking
There are no parking facilities at this building. There is an NCP car park available on Bridge Street or alternative car parking facilities in the city centre. Please note charges will apply.
Accessibility
The Manchester Civil Justice Centre is accessible for wheelchair users with lifts to all floors, and level access to courtrooms including Courtroom 47 where the Supreme Court hearings will take place.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
The court has loop hearing facilities and a portable hearing enhancement system available by prior arrangement.
