International engagement
The United Kingdom has an international reputation for upholding the rule of law and is a global centre for court-based dispute resolution and international arbitration. As the flagship of the UK legal sector, we seek to build strong relationships with Courts and international judicial organisations around the world to promote the rule of law internationally, share good practice, enhance the reputation of the UK judiciaries, and promote commercial legal interests.
